1. Services Provided

We offer professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to house washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck and fence washing, and other related services.

Specific service details, pricing, and availability will be confirmed upon booking.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are free and provided based on the information you submit through our website, form, or by phone/email.

Quotes are subject to change after an in-person inspection of the property.

Work will not begin until you have confirmed acceptance of the service estimate.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must ensure clear access to the service area (e.g., moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or personal items as needed).

Customer is responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or fragile areas before services begin.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept cash, check, or electronic payments as approved by the Company.

Late payments may result in additional charges.

5. Communication & Messaging Consent

By submitting your information through our website, booking form, or over the phone, you consent to receive communications from us, which may include:

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you expressly authorize us to contact you for appointment scheduling, service reminders, quotes, promotions, and other business-related updates.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Liability

We take every precaution to avoid damage; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or defects that are revealed during cleaning.

Customer agrees to release the Company from liability for minor water intrusion, paint chipping, or other incidental issues common with pressure washing.

8. Use of Cookies & Data

Our website and forms may use cookies and tracking technologies (via GoHighLevel CRM) to improve user experience and marketing effectiveness.

By using our site, you consent to such tracking.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
